Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Red Galaxy game and all related services (hereby referred to as the "Service") operated by Doganay Lab (Doğanay Ürgüplüoğlu, sole proprietor; hereby referred to as the "Service Provider", "we", "us"), based in Adapazarı / Sakarya, Türkiye. The Service is offered across mobile and desktop platforms (Android, Windows, Linux). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service; together they govern your use of the Service.

We collect the following categories of information when you download, register for, and use the Service:

Information You Provide

• Account information: username (nickname), password (stored hashed), email address, and date of birth (for age verification).
• User-generated content: clan names, clan descriptions, in-game chat messages, and any other input you submit through the Service.
• Support correspondence: the contents of any messages you send to contact@redgalaxygame.space.
• Parental consent records (where applicable, see "Children" below).

Information Collected Automatically

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• Pages and screens of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
• Total time spent in the Service and gameplay/session telemetry.
• The operating system, device model, and client version you use.
• Crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic data (collected and stored on our own infrastructure).

Payment Information

When you purchase virtual items, payments are processed by third-party providers (Google Play Billing, Xsolla). We do not receive or store your full credit card number or banking credentials. We receive only a transaction confirmation, transaction ID, purchased item, amount, and (where provided by the platform) your country and a partial billing identifier needed for fraud prevention and tax compliance.

We may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Create and manage your account, authenticate logins, and enforce a single-account policy;
• Process purchases of virtual items and manage refunds, chargebacks, and tax obligations;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, cheating, exploits, real-money trading (RMT), and Terms of Service violations;
• Moderate user-generated content (chat, nicknames, clan names) and enforce community rules;
• Diagnose technical issues, monitor crashes, and improve stability;
• Communicate important service notices and (with consent) marketing promotions;
• Comply with legal obligations under Turkish law (KVKK), EU law (GDPR where applicable), and other applicable laws.

The Service uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

Only aggregated, anonymized analytics data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Service. Personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., processing your payment) or as required by law.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or cheating, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

You can stop all automatic collection of information by uninstalling the Service. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the application marketplace.

Subject to applicable law (including KVKK in Türkiye and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities;
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time;
• Lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, if you are in the EU, your local supervisory authority.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion via contact@redgalaxygame.space, we will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. During this 30-day window you may cancel the deletion request.

After deletion, we may retain limited information for longer periods where required to:

• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, financial reporting under Turkish law — typically up to 10 years);
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and ban evasion (account identifiers and ban records may be retained indefinitely);
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Anonymized and aggregated data, which cannot be linked back to you, may be retained indefinitely.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required by our Terms of Service.

If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at contact@redgalaxygame.space so that we can take appropriate action.

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards — including hashed password storage, encrypted transport (TLS), and access controls — to protect the data we process and maintain. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sakarya Courts and Enforcement Offices, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notice or announcement on our official community channels (e.g., Discord). You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
